Daily Health Checks & Sanitation

Every cow. Every day. No exceptions.

Every single cow is tested daily for somatic cell counts, inflammation, and any signs of illness before she is milked. If anything is off, she doesn't get milked — full stop. Not one customer's pet has ever gotten sick from our milk. All milking equipment is fully cleaned and sterilised before and after every single use.

Milking & Cold-Chain

Straight into stainless steel. Exactly 4°C.

Milk goes directly from the cow into stainless steel buckets, then into stainless steel tanks refrigerated to 4°C — not colder. Milk refrigerated too cold destroys the natural enzymes, live bacteria, IGF-1, and bioactive proteins. Following the Aajonus Vonderplanitz raw milk cold-chain methodology. Zero plastic contact at any point.

We milk fresh in the morning, transfer to refrigerated stainless steel tanks, load into a refrigerated van at 4°C, and drive straight to you. NSW + ACT — Home Delivery

Home delivery from Port Stephens, Maitland & Newcastle down through Greater Sydney, Central Coast, Wollongong & Nowra. After Nowra, delivery goes through Goulburn and follows the Hume Highway corridor (with a radius on both sides) all the way down to Albury/Wodonga, taking detours to include Canberra and Wagga Wagga.

QLD — Home Delivery

Direct home delivery across Queensland. We cover Caboolture to Tweed Heads and anything in between, directly to your doorstep.

VIC — Home Delivery

Direct home delivery across Victoria. We cover Geelong to Frankston and anything in between, directly to your doorstep.

Your cows are milked at dawn on your delivery day. The milk goes straight from cow to stainless steel to our refrigerated van at 4°C. It never sees a warehouse, a shop shelf, or a freezer.

We head to you same day

NSW & ACT customers receive home delivery overnight Tuesday to Wednesday. VIC customers receive home delivery overnight Wednesday to Thursday. QLD customers receive home delivery overnight Monday to Tuesday. Order by Sunday 11:59pm to be included that week.

We send you a notification a few hours before we set off, then another update just before we're at your door. You'll always know when to expect us — no surprises.

Not home? No stress. Your free RAWMILKAUS insulated cooler esky holds the milk at exactly 4°C for up to 18 hours. If you're at work, it'll still be perfectly fresh and cold when you get back.
